Overview
A lovely workshop. Children were really engaged and enjoyed ‘Ziggy’ the puppet. A nice introduction to different feelings and emotions (Deputy Head).
Learning outcomes
By the end of the session individuals will be expected to:

Recognise and name a range of common feelings and emotions.

Understand that all feelings are valid and part of being human.

Express emotions through creative activities, including music, movement, and storytelling.

Identify how emotions can sound and feel, using musical instruments to represent different moods.

Listen to and respect others’ feelings, building empathy and kindness.

Use simple mindfulness strategies to calm down and manage strong emotions.

Develop confidence in talking about how they feel in a safe and supportive environment.
