We provide a range of groups which are facilitated by our dedicated team of CYP Group Facilitators, CYP Support Workers and CYP Group Volunteers.

Our groups will help you to improve your health and wellbeing by supporting you to:

  • Connect with others
  • Share your experience
  • Build your emotional resilience
  • Strengthen your skills and confidence in communicating how you feel
  • Build your coping skills

The groups create a safe space to explore your feelings, improve understanding and gain confidence in talking about mental health and emotions – all whilst building connections and a sense of belonging with your peers.

After we spoke about talking things out with friends I’ve done this more, and noticed that the problems aren’t at the front of my mind anymore.
