Take Control Over Your Anxiety.

Living With Anxiety is a friendly and supportive group for young people aged 15-18 who want to understand their anxiety and learn ways to manage it.

Each week we’ll work through different topics and activities together, supported by a workbook to help you practice in your own time. We will also look at specific tools and coping strategies.

Weekly topics include things like, challenging anxious thoughts, social anxiety and more!

This group is a chance to learn new ways to cope, talk things through and find comfort from others of a similar age struggling with anxiety too.
