Find your calm. Build your confidence

The Calm Club is a friendly and supportive group for young people aged 15 and up who want to understand and manage anxiety. It’s a safe space where you can talk, listen, and learn without any pressure.

In each session, we’ll explore what anxiety is, how it shows up in your life, and what you can do to feel more in control. Through helpful chats and easy-to-use activities, we’ll look at things like setting goals, calming your mind, and handling stress in a healthy way.

We’ll also learn simple tools like breathing exercises, mindfulness, positive self-talk, and how to deal with unhelpful thoughts.

Whether it’s school pressure, social worries, or exam stress, you’ll get practical ideas to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more confident every day.
