Overview

Our Feelings and Emotions session for Key Stage 1 (KS1) is a two-part, interactive experience designed to help young children understand and express their emotions in a positive way.
Through music, games, storytelling, and mindfulness activities, children are encouraged to explore a wide range of feelings in a fun, creative, and engaging environment.
The session also introduces simple mindfulness techniques to help pupils recognise and manage their emotions calmly and confidently.
By the end of both sessions, children will have gained greater emotional awareness, improved communication skills, and a deeper understanding of how to express their feelings in healthy and creative ways.
