We provide a range of one-to-one support which is provided by our dedicated team of CYP Support Workers.

Our one-to-one sessions will help you to improve your health and wellbeing by supporting you to:

  • Share your experience
  • Build your emotional resilience
  • Strengthen your skills and confidence in communicating how you feel
  • Build your coping skills

Our one-to-one support creates a safe space to explore your feelings, improve understanding and gain confidence in talking about mental health and emotions.
